Photographer Brian Blanco got rare access to a group of Survival in Florida under the leadership of 57-year-old Jim Foster, a retired police officer. Force for Child Survival in North Florida trains children and adults to handle weapons and survive in the wild.
Group passionately supports the right of U.S. citizens to bear arms, and their website says that it aims to teach survival of the Patriots to protect and defend our Constitution against all enemy threats. Shooting in a group of Sandy Hook is an increased interest from people wanting to join. Foster says, every day records for at least one person.
