The car Lada Kalina, produced Volga car, once again topped the rating of the most popular cars in Russia, compiled by the Association of European Businesses in Russia. In March 2012, the Russian buyers purchased 13% more new cars than the previous month, while Kalina has managed to maintain its leadership position despite a 17 percent drop in sales.
Following Kalina list of the most popular cars are cars of Nissan - in just one month from February to March, sales of cars of the Japanese car maker jumped more than 65%. Three leaders of the list of the most popular in March 2012 closed the machines for Self Korean Hyundai, has achieved over the past month, a 30 percent increase in sales.
Kia Cars and Renault have taken in the above ranking 4th and 5th places, these brands have managed to increase its sales in Russia by 25% and 17%, respectively.
